SWAYAM Registration

The main objective of launching the SWAYAM portal was to provide content of courses from secondary level courses to post-graduation level courses. These include all the disciplines and thereby making it available on the SWAYAM portal. Furthermore, the platform also conducts the online exam and awards the certificates to the learners for completing the course. There are also institutes that implement a choice based credit system through the SWAYAM portal. Thus, this portal is aimed at addressing the needs of learners and students that are studying in colleges and universities across the country.

SWAYAM 2019 Registration Dates

SWAYAM offers many courses for the students. Some of the courses in the portal are self-paced courses while other courses are scheduled courses. Students can register anytime for the self-paced courses. It is as per their convenience while scheduled courses are needed to be registered at least 60 days before that particular course starts. Also, students can check out the available scheduled courses on the SWAYAM portal. One such scheduled course is ARPIT which is an annual refresher program in teaching.

Annual Refresher Programme In Teaching (ARPIT) 2019, as part of Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya National Mission on Teachers and Teaching (PMMMNMTT) was launched in 2018. The first round of training of higher education faculty was completed in March 2019 with the conduct of examination.

SWAYAM Eligibility Criteria

There are no eligibility criteria for any learner specified under the SWAYAM portal. As the main objective of SWAYAM is to develop knowledge, skill, and education, every citizen of India can do it without any eligibility criteria. However, if a person wants to obtain the certificate then he/she needs to check for the eligibility requirements of that particular course in the portal.

How To Register on SWAYAM Portal?

  • Go to the official website of SWAYAM which is swayam.gov.in.
  • On the homepage, you will find a link to ‘register’ for the course.
  • When you click on it, a login page will appear. Candidates can log in using any of their social media accounts like Google, Microsoft, or Facebook.
  • There is another option of sign up now. On choosing this option, the page will appear that will ask for various details to open the account.
  • Once the account is created, a verification link will be sent on the email ID. When you click on the link, a ‘create’ button will enter where you have to enter the names in the required fields.

SWAYAM Portal Fee

There is no fee involved in learning a course through the SWAYAM portal. All the courses that are available on SWAYAM, whether they are self-paced or scheduled are available for free. However, for candidates wanting to obtain the certificate after the courses are completed, there is a requirement of a specified fee. The amount of fee usually charged here is very low. Certificates will only be provided to students who have registered for the course and paid the fee and also completed the exam at the end.

SWAYAM Technical Requirements

SWAYAM is an online portal and thus there are some technical requirements that every student should have if he/she wishes to pursue a course from this portal.

  • Students need to have an active internet connection to get the free online course content. Without the internet or even with a poor internet connection they will not be able to consume the online content.
  • For the laptop, the system requirements are
  • The operating system for the laptop should be Microsoft Windows, Linux, Android, Mac OS.
  • Port 80 or port 1935 RTMP should be open.
  • It can be viewed on browsers like internet explorer, firefox, chrome, Safari, and Opera.

SWAYAM – Evaluation, and Certification

Once the students have completed the course they have the option to appear for the course. Evaluation for the course is done by the host institute and the principal invigilator. Evaluation for the candidate is done based on the performance of the candidate in exam, practicals, assignments, and credit earned during the course. After the exam is conducted and the evaluation process is completed, marks are awarded to the candidate as per the evaluation scheme. The final grade or marks are communicated to the students within 4 weeks from the final exam is completed.

After the procedure for evaluation is completed, certificates are provided to the successful candidates. The certificate is provided by the principal invigilator and is sent to the parent Institute.

How To Check Exam Result on SWAYAM Portal?

The results for the candidates are declared on the portal after the exam is finished. The result is made available for everyone to download on the SWAYAM portal. Candidates just need to visit the portal and click on the link provided for the result on the homepage. Just enter the candidate ID and click on the view result button. The scorecard will appear on the screen and you can download it for any future purposes.

The SWAYAM shall cover the following

  1. Curriculum based course contents covering diverse disciplines such as arts, science, commerce, performing arts, social sciences, and humanities, engineering, technology, law, medicine, agriculture, etc. in higher education domain (all courses to be certification-ready).
  2. School education (9-12 levels) modules; for teacher training as well as teaching and learning aids to learners to help them understand the subjects better and also to help them in better preparedness for competitive examinations for admissions to professional degree programs.
  3. Skill-based courses, which cover both post-higher secondary school skills that are presently the domain of polytechnics as well as industrial skills certified by the sector skill councils of various Ministries.
  4. Advanced curriculum and professional certification under a unified scheme in higher education domain that can be tailored to meet the demands of the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) currently being implemented in India at the undergraduate level.
  5. Curricula and courses that can meet the needs of life-long learners.
  6. Independent courses which may not be part of any set curriculum and may be taught as awareness courses, continuing education program and for the training of specific skill sets.

NIOS Online Admission 2019 for Class 10th and 12th | Dates, Fee Structure, Application Process

NIOS Online Admission 2019: NIOS online admission dates have been released by the national institute of open schooling, the conducting body of the exam. Candidates that are interested in seeking the admission in class 10 as well as class 12 can apply for the process through online mode on or before the last date. Also, candidates, that are seeking admission into stream 1 in block 1 and block 2 can be available for the public exam which is conducted by NIOS twice every year. These exams are conducted in the months of April/May and October/November.

NIOS Online Admission Eligibility Criteria

Secondary Course

  • The minimum age for admission into secondary courses is at 14 years on or before July 31, 2019.
  • The candidate should have passed class 8 and should have a valid ID proof of attaining 14 years of age. Then only he/she can apply for registration of the secondary course.
  • The candidate should give a self-certificate claiming he/she has studied enough to pursue secondary courses. Also, he/she should state that they are eligible for admission into the secondary course.
  • The candidate who has studied at the secondary level can also look for NIOS Admission either to improve his/her performance or complete their course.

Senior Secondary Level

  • The minimum age for the candidate seeking admission into the senior secondary course is of 15 years on or before 31st July 2019.
  • Also, in order to take the admission in the senior secondary course, the candidate should have passed the secondary course from a recognized Institute. Also, the candidate should have passed class 10 from the recognized board.
  • The age limit for the second course is 14 years while the age limit for the senior secondary course is 15 years.

NIOS Online Admission Exam Fees

NIOS public exams are occurring twice in a year in months of April/May and October/November on the dates that are fixed by NIOS. However, for on-demand exams at the secondary and senior secondary level, eligibility lies in only those subjects that you have admissions for in NIOS. The exam fees are kept fixed by NIOS and are Rs. 250 per subject with an additional fee of Rs. 120 per subject that involves practicals.

NIOS Admission Payment Mode

Candidates should pay the application fee through online mode by using a debit card, credit card. For offline mode, candidates can pay the fee through the bank draft of any of the nationalized banks of India in the name of secretary, NIOS at the respective regional centers.

NIOS Online Admission 2019 Application Process

  • Go to the official website of NIOS which is admins.nios.ac.in.
  • On the website, click on the ‘submit’ button.
  • After that read the instructions page carefully and then click on the ‘Proceed’ button.
  • Candidates need to select their respective state afterward.
  • Select the identity type from the given options like passport, Aadhar card, ration card, and any other validity.
  • Enter the number of your selected identity type.
  • Now, you need to select the course and the college that you wish to take admission into and then click on the ‘submit’ button.
  • Now the application form will appear on the screen.
  • There are 4 categories into which the form is divided. These are optional details, basic details, subject selection, and study center selection.
  • Fill all the required details for the 4 sections and make the payment through any of the payment gateways given.

Documents Required for NIOS Online Admission

  • Recent color photograph of passport size
  • A valid identity proof out of Aadhar card, passport, ration card, etc.
  • Signature of the candidate preferably in black ink.
  • Valid proof of date of birth like Aadhar card or birth certificate with the date of birth clearly mentioned in dd/mm/yyyy format.
  • Self-certificate or class 8th marksheet for admission into the secondary course. For senior secondary course, marksheet of class 10th is required.
  • Valid residence proof in the form of a water bill/electric bill/Aadhar card/voter ID, etc.
  • Social category or caste certificate if the candidate belongs to SC/OBC/ST category.
  • If the candidate is ex-servicemen than the ex-servicemen certificate is required.

NEET Counselling 2019 | Last Date To Report Allotted Colleges 25th July 2019

NEET Counselling 2019: The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) will commence the NEET counseling in the month of June. The counseling will be held in online mode. This NEET counseling 2019 will be conducted for the 15% of the total seats (also known as 15% All India Quota seats) of all the government colleges (except for colleges of Jammu and Kashmir state), all the seats reserved under central and deemed universities,seats reserved for Wards of Insured Persons (IP quota) in Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) medical colleges, and seats under Armed Force Medical College,Pune.

MCC had extended NEET Counseling fee payment facility till June 26 (7:00 PM) while the registration for NEET COunselling Round 1 has extended till June 26, 2019 (5:00 PM). The choice Filling option will be available until June (11:00 AM). The online MCC Counselling and Seat Allotment for 15% All India Quota/ Deemed/ Central Universities/ ESIC and AFMC (MBBS/BDS) seats will be conducted between June 27 to 30, 2019.

NEET Counselling Procedure

To proceed for the NEET counseling students must follow the below given steps

  • Step 1 – Registration: candidates need to register themselves for NEET counseling by using their roll number, name, etc.
  • Step 2 – Fee Payment: after the registration candidates need to pay the counseling fees which is payable online.
  • Step 3 – Choice locking: In this step candidates needs to fill the colleges and courses in order of their priority.
  • Step 4 – Seat Allotment Result:  After the process of NEET Counselling, authorities will announce the NEET Seat allotment result, as per the preferences made by the candidates.
  • Step 5 – Report to the College: After the seat allotment, a specific time period is given within which the students need to report to their respected colleges.
  • Step 6 – Payment of registration fee: Candidates attempting the exam will have to submit refundable tuition fees as per the owner of the institute.The candidates joining the colleges under 15% AIQ/ Central Universities need to pay INR 10,000/- if general and INR 5,000/- if reserved. And the  Deemed university candidates of all categories are required to pay INR 2,00,000.

IEMJEE Counselling 2019 | Counselling Process, Documents Required

IEMJEE Counselling 2019: Institute of engineering and management joint entrance exam also known as IEMJEE is a university-level exam that is conducted every year for the candidates taking admissions into various UG, PG, and Ph.D. programs. These programs are offered by the engineering and management universities at Jaipur and Kolkata campuses. IEMJEE exam is conducted in 2 phases. The first exam was scheduled on multiple dates from 19th April to 28th April 2019. While the exam for phase 2 was scheduled for 1st May 2019.

For the exam, students must ensure that they meet all the eligibility criteria before applying for this exam. IEMJEE will be conducted in both the modes, online as well as offline in 2019. The paper pattern of the exam is the multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The marking scheme of the exam and duration of the exam varies from course to course. The results for IEMJEE are usually announced in 2 weeks after the exams are conducted. So, for this year, students can expect the result for the 1st phase to be around the 2nd week in May. IEMJEE 2019 Counselling Process

IEMJEE counselling 2019 procedure will start in June 2019. All the candidates that are filtered through the merit list should attend the counselling session for the admission into various courses offered by UEM. The schedule for the counselling will be expected to be notified soon after the results are declared. Individuals should attend the counselling session at the date and time allocated to them. Individuals will be given seats on the basis of preference and merit of the course as chosen by them. The counselling procedure will take place as below:

  • The counselling process will be taken place as per the scheduled date and time at the 2 campuses of UEM which are Jaipur and Kolkata.
  • Candidates should carry all the required documents and certificates at the counselling centers that will be verified by the organizing body.
  • Candidates should fill an offline preference form once the scrutiny of these documents is done.
  • Candidates will be offered the seats based on the ranks secured in IEMJEE 2019 and based on the availability of seats in the programs that the candidate has given the preference.
  • If the candidate wishes to accept the seat which is offered, he/she to pay Rs. 7000 to confirm the seat. These fees will be adjusted based on the College tuition of different students. Additionally, candidates are also asked to complete their other formalities for admission

All India Sankara Engineering Entrance Exam, AISEE, is a university-level examination which is administered by SCSVMV university for the admission in Engineering courses. The exam has been conducted in both online and offline mode. The application form filling was started on 15th December 2018. The exams were conducted on 14th to 22nd April 2019. AISEEE Counselling 2019 – Important Dates

How To Apply for AISEEE 2019?

Online Process

  • Applicants who want to apply for AISEEE exam have to register themselves on the official website, http://www.kanchiuniv.ac.in.
  • Mention your name, email id, phone number, and password.
  • Select the details of state and city from which you are applying for the exam and then click on the register button.
  • Select for  “B.E/B. Tech (full time)” button.
  • Check your email ID and get the details of the registered user ID and password.
  • Log in to the system with the user Id and password.
  • Click on Submit button and fill the details of educational qualification.
  • Upload the scanned copy of photograph and signature as per the specifications asked. The size must be less than 50KB and the image format must be JPEG or JPG.
  • Submit all the details and download the submitted application form
  • Send the application along with DD of the application fees in the favor of the university.

Offline Process

  • Get the AISEEE 2019 application form from any center.
  • Fill the application form with complete details, paste the passport size photograph and attach a copy of the important documents.
  • Associate a DD of application fee in favor of AISEEE University.
  • Application Fee will be the same as of online mode.
  • Deposit the application form, at the assigned center.

AISEEE Results 2019

AISEEE result will be announced via online mode, once the exam is over. It will be declared at the end of May 2019. The result and scorecard can be obtained by entering the details of the application number and password. Follow the steps below to download the scorecard.

  • Open the official website
  • Check for the link for AISEEE results.
  • Click on the link for AISEEE result and enter the application number and password.
  • The scorecard will appear on your screen.
  • Download the AISEEE scorecard on the system and keep it for future reference.

AISEEE Counseling 2019

AISEEE counseling will be administered in the order of rank as presented in the merit list. There are less amount of seats available for each program, so usually seats get filled in the first round of counseling. Applicants have to download the counseling letter from the official website before they appear to the center for the counseling procedure. Only those candidates are eligible to attend the counseling who have scored the cut off marks in the AISEEE exam. Let us check now how to download the counseling letter.

  • Open the official website of SCSVMV University and go to the admission section.
  • Enter your user Id and password to download the counseling letter.
  • Download the counseling letter and take a copy of the same along with important documents to the counseling center.

Candidates who fail to appear for the counseling procedure will have to forego their claim for admission. However, due to unexpected circumstances and inevitable reasons, if a candidate is unable to attend the counselling on the designated date and time, they can attend on following date and time during the counselling period for the course, with the prior consent of “The Chairman, Admissions 2019, SCSVMV University”. But, the applicant can only opt for the seat available at that time and cannot claim any seat as per they original rank, for the course. In any case, counselling will not be done in the absence of candidates.
