AUAT Counselling 2019: Aliah University is an Autonomous University recognized by UGC and approved by AICTE under MA & ME, Govt. of West Bengal. Aliah University Admission Test (AUAT) is an entry-level examination being conducted by Aliah University of the admission into various Undergraduate and Postgraduate Courses in Technology, Basic Sciences and Management, Humanities and Social Sciences for the year 2019-20. AUAT Counselling Fee 2019

During the registration process for the AUAT Counselling 2019, all the candidates have to pay the registration fee of Rs. 500/- which is adjustable against the admission fee. And the fee should be paid through online by using Credit/ Debit/ Net Banking.

AUAT E-Counselling 2019

The counselling procedure will be entirely online and easy to follow for the students. Note that three is no need to report at the University during any point of the counselling procedure. Follow the below steps:

  1. Visit the official AUAT website (link is given above).
  2. Log in using your application number and date of birth.
  3. Click on the “e-counseling” button.
  4. You will now be able to fill in your choices of courses. You will have to fill in at least one choice. The number of choices showed to you will depend upon the number of courses you applied for and successfully qualify for.
  5. You need to pay the counseling fee.
  6. Download and take a print out of your locked choices for future reference.
  7. The seats will be allotted based on the candidate’s rank on the merit list, preference order and the number of vacant seats available.
  8. Wait for further notification on the website.

Documents Required During AUAT Counselling Process 2019

  • Transfer and other Certificates from the institution where the candidate last studied.
  • Study Certificates from IX standard onwards of the respective institutes.
  • Date of Birth Certificate (S.S.C. or equivalent).
  • Integrated Community Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of SC/ ST/ BC candidates.
  • Carry your AUAT Admit Card 2019
  • AUAT Rank Card 2019
  • Certificate in the prescribed form in respect of a claim under special category (NCC, NSS, CAP, SPORTS, and PH) where ever applicable.

AUAT Counselling 2019 General Instructions

  1. Fill-up the Name, Choice of Centre, Choice Of Programme, Date of Birth, Year of Passing And Percentage of Marks very carefully.
  2. Photograph and signature must be maintained in proper pixel and aspect ratio.
  3. For Choice of Centre: Proper selection of centers to be made. (Centre may change by the authority)
  4. You are advised to ensure the correctness of your complete mailing address, PINCODE, e-mail address, and mobile number. Please note that the University will not be responsible if you cannot be reached due to incomplete or illegible address, email, or mobile number.
  5. Options given in the Application Form cannot, after submitting, be changed at a later stage.
  6. Select the choice of codes for programs for which you intend to appear at AUAT-2019.
  7. Select the centers in order of your preference. The final decision regarding the allotment of the center for AUAT-2019 will be taken by the authority.
  8. Request for change of Test Centre in a later stage will not be entertained.
  9.  Candidates are cautioned against falling prey to any assurance/offered by any individual/agency for all sorts of Admission to Aliah University.
  10. Candidates who are not called for counselling even after the registration due to the limited number of seats will get their registration fee refunded.

The e-counselling procedure is very simple and straight forward. The candidate needs to log in to the official AUAT website (link is given above) and fill in their preferred choices of courses. Then, they need to pay the registration fee to complete the procedure. They can take a print out of the locked choices and await further notice.

MHT CET Counseling 2019: The state common entrance test in Maharashtra has ended the registration procedure for MHT CET 2019. Candidates were able to register themselves for the MHT CET counseling 2019 till 30th June 2019 only. The MHT CET 2019 counseling was conducted in online mode only and was done for qualified candidates only. Additionally, candidates were also required to fill their choices of courses and colleges in the order of their seat allotment. MHT CET 2019 Counseling Procedure

  • Go to the main official website of MHT CET counseling which is dtemaharashtra.gov.in.
  • On the homepage, you will find a link which mentions the ‘New registration’.
  • Once you click on the link, a new page will open where you have to select your nationality.
  • Here, you will be asked to mention your details like contact number, personal, and security.
  • After this, you have to select the type of candidate.
  • After this enter your MHT CET 2019 and qualification details.
  • After all the details are filled you will be asked to upload scanned signature and photograph.
  • Once all the relevant details are filled, you need to proceed with the application fee payment.
  • Recheck all the relevant details to avoid any kind of mistake.

MHT CET Counseling Fee 2019

The payment of fee is done through online mode. Also, it should be noted that the fee payment is to be done only by those candidates that did not register for the MHT CET 2019.

Registration for MHT CET 2019 At The Facilitation Centers

Candidates who had registered themselves for counseling need to report themselves to their given FC for the document verification process. Also, the students are required to carry their original documents along with a set of attested copies at the respective facilitation centers. Candidates that fail to report at their given facilitation centers will not be allowed to participate in further admission rounds.

Furthermore, candidates are required to submit their following documents for verification:

MHT CET 2019 Choice Filling and Provisional Merit List

After the candidates have filled their names for courses and colleges as their preference, they are advised to fill their maximum desired choices so that their chances of admission are high. Also, the DTE authorities will release the final and provisional merit list for MHT CET 2019 with the names of shortlisted candidates. The seat allotment process will be done based on the choices filled by the candidates and merit list released.

MHT CET 2019 Seat Allotment

Maharashtra state common entrance tests cell is going to conduct the MHT CET 2019 seat allotment procedure through centralized allotment process also known as CAP. This will be done in three rounds in online mode. For this, candidates will be required to login to check the seat allotment for the MHT CET 2019 counseling. Also, in case of seat allotment, candidates need to download their report and allotment letter to the center for selecting their preferred option for the seat allotted. Also, candidates need to confirm their allocated seat to the Institute. The seats here will be allowed based on the candidate’s merit, availability of seats, and choice filling.

To know whether the seat has been allotted to the candidate or not, the candidate needs to login using their date of birth and application ID. Also, if they are allowed a seat, they will have to download their allotment letter with all the details pertaining to course and college allowed. After the allotment letter is downloaded, candidates will have to report to their nearest ARC for practicing any of these options – slide, float or freeze for the given seat.

Freez – If the candidate wishes to upgrade the seat that has been allotted to him and doesn’t want to participate in more rounds, he or she can choose to freeze their seat.

Slide – When the candidate is satisfied with the seat allotted and accepts the seat, but still wishes to upgrade that seat to a higher preferred course in the similar Institute, than he or she choose to slide the seat. Here, in this case, the previous allotment to the student will be canceled automatically. This will happen if the given allocated seat is upgraded.

Float – When any candidate wishes to upgrade the seat given after accepting to a highly preferred choice of course at any of the Institutes, then he or she will need to choose float. Also, in the given case, the previous allotment will be canceled, if the higher choice is allocated to them.

If the candidates cancel the admission, the following will happen according to the circumstances under which the admission was canceled

  1. If the candidate cancels the provisionally allotted seat through online on or before the TS EAMCET cut off date notified for cancellation, after payment of tuition fees in the first phase, full Tuition Fee paid will be refunded
  2. 100% refund after final phase for University Colleges
  3. 50% after the final phase and before cut off date notified for cancellation.

KVPY Eligibility Criteria 2019

Students can only apply for KVPY Exam, only after the checking of complete eligibility to appear in the examination.

  • Nationality: Students must be an Indian Nationals.
  • For Stream SA: Students, those studying in 11th standards with science subjects & secured 75% aggregate marks (65% marks for reserved categories) in Mathematics & science subjects in Class 10th can apply.
  • For Stream SX: Students who studying in class 12th & score 75% marks (65% marks in case of SC/ST/PwD category) in aggregate in Mathematics & science in 10th standards can also apply.
  • For Stream SB: Students, those studying in the 1st year of UG course in basic sciences & score at least 60% marks (50% for reserved categories) are also eligible.
