    Mention the postulates Neils Bohr put forth to overcome the objections raised against Rutherford’s atomic model.
    Bohr’s postulates which overcome the drawbacks of Rutherford’s model of atom are
    (a) Only certain special orbits konwn as discrete orbits of electron are allowed inside the atom.
    (b) While revolving in discrete orbits, the electrons do not radiate energy.
